- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Courier charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
- We can arrange the exchange using the same courier service to make the process easier and more reliable. Our support team will assist you with the exchange procedure.

Photo & Repacking Guidelines
- Original Tags: Please ensure all original product tags are clearly visible in the photos you upload.
- For Slippers, Slides & Sandals: Place the item back into its original transparent packaging bag.
* Important: Please ensure the shoe guards are inserted exactly as you received them. * - For Heels: Place the heels neatly back into their original box and take a clear photo.
- Handover Process: Keep this package ready with you. When our courier arrives to deliver your new item, hand over this properly packed return package to them. They will inspect and collect it.
Please Note: These photos are strictly required to verify the exact condition of the item before processing the exchange. It serves as confirmation for our courier service that the item was handed over in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and originally packed).
