Ordering
How to order from online? / What is the online ordering process?
You can place your order by messaging us on WhatsApp or through our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and Website.

Do you deliver islandwide?
Yes, we offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery charges may vary depending on your location.
How much is the delivery charge?
- Delivery charge for Colombo 1 - 15 = Rs. 275/-
- Delivery charge for Colombo, Gampaha, Kurunegala = Rs. 350/-
- Delivery charge for Other area = Rs. 400/-
- Please note that all charges are set by the courier service, not by Kylie Collection
How many days it will take for the Delivery?
Delivery duration will be within 3 or 4 working days after dispatched to the courier service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD), card Payment and bank transfers. Details will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Exchange
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Exchange procedures
If you need to exchange another size or design, you should resend the product to our address by Post or Courier within Seven days of receiving the parcel and have to pay the delivery charge. Unfortunately, if the same design and colour / size is not available on that moment you have to choose another available design or colour.
